No Refunds or Returns
All products and services provided by mr.artwork, including but not limited to digital designs, printed materials, and custom orders, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we begin work immediately to ensure timely delivery, and as such, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.
Review and Approval
For design services, we provide clients with proofs and drafts during the process. It is your responsibility to carefully review all materials before giving final approval. Once approved, we proceed with printing or delivery, and any errors that were approved will not be eligible for reprints or refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical order arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. While we do not issue refunds, we will review the issue and may offer a reprint at our discretion. Supporting photos and a description of the problem will be required for evaluation.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order details, including artwork files, quantity, sizes, colors, and shipping information before finalizing. mr.artwork is not responsible for customer errors in the ordering process, and we cannot offer compensation for mistakes made after confirmation.
